BCPSS & DHF: Reverse Mentoring

Digital Harbor Foundation is pleased to offer, in partnership with Baltimore City Public Schools, the Reverse Mentoring Technology Workshop Series.

This workshop series will introduce technology tools and resources to help you help your child. This four session workshop series will help you better understand the tools and resources available to access important information and data about your child, their school, and their grades and scores. This workshop can accommodate all levels of technology experience.

The goal of this workshop is to identify and use technology tools and resources to access, research, and organize information and data about your child, their academic experiences, and their school. During this workshop, each participant will be partnered with a youth from Digital Harbor Foundation to walk you through each step, mentor you along the way, and help answer your questions.

Each of the 4 sessions in this workshop has an accompanying guide and set of activities, which can be found below:

  1. Session One – Getting Started

  2. Session Two – Informed Parents

  3. Session Three – Parents Supporting Their Child
